Small gold colored metal brooch with a colorized image, possibly a photo, of a man with beard. Man is identified as Samuel Coggeshall Crane (1822-1904). Trim at outer edge is a linked chain design with leaves soldered at intervals. Pin at back is soldered on as well. Samuel was the father of Daisy Crane Sisson, Harriet Crane Bryant and Julia Crane. |
